The ChemiDoc MP Imaging System brings a new level of capability and efficiency in the quantification of signal on gel with an imaging system designed for multitasking. The ChemiDoc from BioRad is a system recognized world-wide as high quality, high performance instruments for both the capture and analysis of gels. With over 30 years experience their systems and BioRad are respected for their reliability and accuracy. Indeed, this imaging system is a unique imaging system that enables stain-free operation and lets us visualize proteins at every step of blotting experiments. Its flexibility and sensitivity are complemented by simple, intuitive ease to use operation that integrates seamlessly into our workflow. In brief, this equipment gives superior sensitivity, exceptional image quality, unmatched application versatility, ease to use because of its high level of automation for setup, focus, exposure analysis and printing and all within a stain-free environment. No equivalent equipment is available in our proximity. In addition to colleagues on this application, this equipement will be available for all other researchers in our Center. The urgency, for our group to have access to this new generation equipment is always growing as the current apparatus cumulated more than 15 years of utilisation.
