AES (Advanced Electrophoresis Solutions, Ltd.) provides end-to-end solution for whole column detection based high performance capillary electrophoresis (CE). Autosampler is a key component for their CE devices for automatic injection supply. The currently used HPLC (High-performance liquid chromatography) autosampler has several drawbacks. To increase analytical throughput and reduce sample amount, a high efficiency, low volume injection autosampler for CE is highly desired. This project aims at the development of miniature high-precision autosampler system for automatic injection control for AES's whole column imaging detection based capillary electrophoresis system. The new technologies developed through this project will enable a novel miniature high-precision autosampler to replace the currently adopted HPLC autosampler for
