Canada's air transportation industry is at the heart of Canada's 21st Century economy. Air Canada Cargo is Canada's largest provider of air cargo services, which are provided on domestic and U.S. transborder flights and on international cargo services. The air cargo transportation system is a large and complex service system. The proposed project aims to optimize the utilization of the vast network in order to maximize the fulfilled demand, and minimizing the distance needed to travel. The result of this research will provide a tool that is able to react to the quick changes of both supply and demand, and come up with solutions to satisfy its objectives.
