Our collaborator, eCompliance Management Solutions Inc., streamlines the collection and processing of safety performance data in engineering-related industries. These data have great potential for providing additional value to the users, but need standardized frameworks that identify and extract industry-specific benchmarks for performance evaluation. The results of this research will include a map of existing performance indicators, potential development of new indicators, a common set of metric definitions, and project performance norms. Functionally, it will also provide clients with the capacity to enable self-analysis of project performance and to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
