The proposed research focuses on the selection, design, and installation of a myriad of imaging sensors on atillage application implement to monitor the tillage process and also the design and implementation ofAI-based software to extract meaningful information from raw images/videos and to relay these information tothe implement's operator via a flexible-autonomy paradigm. Therefore, the main focus of the project will be onthe image-based information extraction on the implement's operation with applications in precision andautonomous agriculture.
