To examine how humans perceive and interact with the world, adequate measurement tools and appropriate testing environments are required. The Challenging Environment Assessment Laboratory (CEAL) located at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute uses state-of-the-art simulation technologies to replicate real-world situations, providing controlled and safe testing conditions. Understanding the nature of human perception and performance also requires knowledge of the underlying neural processes. As such, we are requesting a portable, 64-channel electroencephalogram (EEG) that will enable us to record and analyze the electrical activity of the brain.
