Plants are excellent vehicles for producing high value proteins (e.g. therapeutic antibodies) and metabolites, but**their production is limited by biochemical controls, including transcriptional and post transcriptional gene**silencing. This project will study small RNAs, silencing regulators, to identify methods for improving**production of high value compounds in plants and plant cells.
