英文摘要
This project aims to develop an automatic x-ray diffraction measurement system through the implementation of a robot and robot**guidance technologies. Research and development tasks will involve testing measurement payloads, enabling dynamic movement**that will facilitate technically complex measurements, and ensuring a wide-range of measuring capabilities for parts with complex**geometries. This automated measurement system is currently in high-demand by the industry partner's clients and is intended to**be part of their product line within 6 months of project completion. This system is anticipated to generate significant revenue for the**industry partner as well as create 3-4 new jobs. This project will also provide St. Clair College students with experiential learning**opportunities, allowing them to connect directly with local industry partners and leading to potential job opportunities.
