Solutions for increasing the efficiency of temperature regulation processes for sauce bottling using a hot-filled method will be explored and developed. The proposed project will increase manufacturing time efficiency, enabling the industry partner to increase client-uptake with the aim of scaling their business. It will also provide students with unique industry-relevant and practical experience.
