Les Celliers Intelligents Inc. is a Quebec company working in information and communication technologies for refrigerated cellars. In order to improve the tracking and traceability of high-end wine bottles, Les celliers Intelligents is currently working on the development of an asset management tool via an identification system whose supply chain and cost specifications meet the annual inventory tracking of more than 1,000,000 labelled products from the company's major customer restaurant chains. This development requires the prior programming of a high-capacity RFID tagging system that can be adapted to high-end wine bottles, at costs of less than $0.15 per tag and less than $5,000 for fixed dual-antenna RFID readers that facilitate the detection of inventory entries and exits. To do this, Celliers Intelligents is seeking C2T3's expertise in wireless and RFID telecommunications to determine possible solutions for the development of this innovative product. This project is part of an effort to innovate and improve asset monitoring traceability methods in the restaurant industry and represents a real revenue growth opportunity for Les Celliers Intelligents Inc.
