The Tier 2 Canada Research Chair (CRC) in ¿Modelling Complex Flows¿ will aim at an interdisciplinary research approach to provide advanced fluid flow models in combination with novel laboratory experiments, as an essential tool in the design and optimization of key Canadian industrial processes where fluid mechanics issues are critical. Highly qualified personnel who are trained within the scopes of the CRC research program will experience a unique educational environment designed for modeling complex flows, a research area for which the demand for expertise and skills is increasing.
