One of the key elements of any injection molding process is the in-mold cooling process of the polymeric fluid
which is transferred into a mold. The in-mold cooling process incorporates the heat transfer between the molten
polymer and the mold so that the polymer solidifies to adopt the mold shape. Due to the complex temperature
and time-dependent structure of polymers, the parameters involved in this process are many and the analysis of
the problem is complex. Considering this, our research will study the feasibility of a novel approach to improve
the time of cooling while retaining the desired properties of the solidified polymer.
