Critical Analysis of International Faculty in Higher Education Institutions

我参加了2022年4月18日至22日在明尼阿波利斯举行的国际比较教育学会会议，展示了有关日本国际教师整合的研究数据。约有20人参加了会议。此外，与我的研究伙伴田岛美雄一起，我们完成了一篇完整的研究论文，题目是《日本高等教育中的国际学院：社会文化因素对就业满意度的贡献》。这项研究发表在2022年12月出版的《地理语言学杂志》的《语言接触、冲突与发展》上。

I attended the Comparative International Education Society Conference in Minneapolis in April 18-22, 2022 to present research data on the integration of international faculty in Japan. The session was attended by approximately 20 people. Furthermore, with my research partner Michio Tajima, we have completed a full length research paper on the "International Faculty in Japanese Higher Education: Sociocultural Factors Contributing to Employment Satisfaction". This was published in the Journal of Geolinguistics in Language Contact, Conflict, and Development (ASGP) in December of 2022.
