我们利用IT技术构建并实施了京都龟冈市高龄老年人跌倒和/或跌倒的悬挂式报警监控系统。51人(男21人，女30人)在知情同意的情况下服兵役。所有受试者均于佩戴吊坠后1、3、6个月接受问卷调查。高龄老人和赡养者(邻里老人)通过该系统获得了良好的满意度和舒适性。因此，除了早期发现绊倒和/或跌倒外，这些数据可能有助于减少护理和预防卧床者。

We constructed and carried out pendant alarm monitoring system using IT technology on stumble and/or fall in advanced aged persons in Kameoka city of Kyoto Prefecture. Fifty-one persons (21men and 30women) had pendant service with informed consent. All persons had received a questionnaire at 1,3 and 6 months after attachment of pendant. Advanced aged person and supporter (neighborhood person) had excellent satisfaction and comfortability by this system. Therefore, these data might be useful for a decrease of nursing care and prevention of bedhidden persons, in addition to early detection of stumble and/or fall.
