Organize a comprehensive system of prevention fall for healthy community-dwelling elderly

跌倒是老年人口中的一个主要公共卫生问题，人们一直关注基于跌倒风险评估的跌倒预防。本研究旨在编制跌倒风险评估问卷(Demura‘s Fall Risk评估表：DFRA)，提出包括跌倒避免能力在内的跌倒相关身体功能的测试和锻炼，并考察有跌倒潜力的老年人的特征。我们制定了DFRA，包括评估跌倒风险水平的3个项目和确定跌倒风险概况的47个项目。开发了新的8项测试和练习，并证实了预测跌倒风险和防止跌倒的有效性。

Falls are a major public health issue in the elderly population, and there has been a focus on fall prevention based on fall risk assessment. This study aimed to develop the questionnaire of fall risk assessment (Demura's Fall Risk Assessment chart: DFRA), propose the test and exercise of fall-related physical function including fall avoidance ability, and examine the characteristics of the elderly with potential for falling. We developed the DFRA consisting of 3 items assessed the fall risk level and 47 items identified the fall risk profile. New 8 tests and exercises were developed, and were confirmed the availability to predict a fall risk and to prevent a fall.
