Measurement of Quality and Productivity of non-Marketable Sevices

这项研究的目的是衡量金融、医疗护理和教育等非市场化服务的质量和生产率。研究结果表明：主银行作为信息提供者的重要性，以及银行效率对客户企业全要素生产率增长的正向影响；成本效用分析在医疗领域的重要性，护理成本导致老年人的严重程度降低；电视和电子游戏对儿童的影响不大，但家长的适当控制是必要的，大学教育质量对工资影响不大。

The aim of this research is to measure of quality and productivity of non-marketable services such as finance, medical and nursing care and education. Moreover, the importance of information security is also discussed.Results are in the followings:The importance of role of main-bank as information provider,and positive effect of efficiency of banks on TFP growth of customer companies;The importance of cost-utility analysis in the field of medical cares,and cost of nursing care results in decrease of degree of severity of elderly persons;Effects of TV and Video game on children is not so large, but appropriate control of parents is necessary,and the quality of college education does not influence so much on the wages.
