A Study in Logical Epidemiology of Disease Epidemic Patterns in 3 Dimensions (Time and Place).

利用日本的传染病监测数据，观察了选定的12种主要影响婴儿和儿童的传染病的流行模式。在1985年第一周到1988年最后一周的209周的观察期内，使用了每个监测站每周的病人人数，其中许多是没有床位的诊所。计算每种疾病的自相关系数，以澄清在时间顺序观察中是否存在循环模式。用傅里叶分析法对数据进行处理并转换成光谱。最后，我讨论了如何从分析的逻辑数据可以解释真实的流行模式。

Using the infectious disease surveillance data in Japan, epidemic patterns were observed in selected 12 infectious disease which mainly affects infants and children. Weekly numbers of patients per monitoring station, many of which were clinics without bed, were used in the observation period of 209 weeks between the first week of 1985 and the last week of 1988. Auto-correlation coefficients were calculated for each disease to clarify whether there was a circulatory pattern in chronological observation. The data were treated using Fourier analysis method and converted to spectrums. Finally, i was discussed how the logical data from the analysis could explain the real epidemic patterns.
