Inhibitory effects of membraneous beparin binding EGF like Factor on the apoptosis.

1 RT-PCR和原位杂交结果显示，HB-EGF在类风湿关节炎和骨关节炎患者滑膜成纤维细胞及滑膜巨噬细胞中均有表达。2转染HB-EGF的Raji细胞与野生型Raji细胞相比，不影响Jurkat细胞的凋亡。硫酸乙酰肝素可抑制Jurkat细胞的凋亡，而硫酸软骨素则无此作用，提示硫酸乙酰肝素结合物对Jurkat细胞的凋亡有抑制作用。

1 HB-EGF was expressed in synovial fibroblasts from rheumatoid and osteoarthritis patients in addition to synovial macrophages by the analysis of RT-PCR and in situ hybridization using HB-EGF antisense RNA probe.2 Raji cells transfected with HB-EGF did not affect the apoptosis of Jurkat cells, compared to the wild type Raji cells. However, Heparan sulfate but no chondroitin sulfate inhibited the apoptosis of Jurkat cells, suggesting the inhibitory effect of heparan sulfate binding substance on the apoptosis of Jurkat cells.
