Development of the participatory class model for students -Human resources development of discussion, critical thinking, logical thinking and presentation-

目的是发展一种课堂模式，提高学生在大学文化教育中所必需的沟通能力。沟通能力是影响任何问题解决的一般能力，包括独立、讨论、批判性思维、逻辑思维和陈述。本研究也是高校教师“提高教学技能”、“回顾教学内容”、“明确结果和评价”的一部分，将对整个大学的改革和发展起到推动作用。在2005财年的第一年，我们了解了关于提高沟通技能的知识，选择了一些问题，澄清了改进的要点，并在中期报告中进行了总结。第二年(2006财年)和上一年(2007财年)，我们通过开发班级模式和教材文本的实践来检验教育效果。这种班级模式和教材不仅在高等教育中得到了示范，而且在中等教育、公司教育和教师培训中也得到了示范。这是基于这样一种观点，即提高沟通技能不应该只委托给一所大学，而应该在中学教育和毕业后的职业生涯中继续进行。因此，每个阶段所需的沟通技能变得明确，并提供了有效教学方法的知识。

The purpose is development of a class model improving communication skill that is necessary for students in the culture education of university. The communication skill is general ability to affect any problem solution, and includes independence, discussion, critical thinking, logical thinking and presentation. This study is also a part of Faculty Development for teacher in university "to improve teaching skill", "to review teaching contents" and "to clear results and evaluation", and will lead to reform and development of the whole university.In the first year (FY2005), we got knowledge about improving of the communication skill, chose some problem, clarified the improved points, and summarized it in an intermediate report. The next year (FY2006) and the last year (FY2007), we inspected the education effect through the practice of developed class model and teaching materials text. The class model and the teaching materials were demonstrated in not only higher education but also secondary education, company education and the teacher training. This is based on the standpoint that improving communication skill should not entrust to only a university, and should be continued in secondary education and a career after graduation.As a result, communication skill needed in each stage became clear, and knowledge about an effective teaching method was provided.
