Action Research of Hidden curriculum in nursing education

摘要本研究旨在了解隐性课程在护理教育活动中的应用，并探讨隐性课程在护理教育工作者和临床教师中所带来的变化。采取行动研究，以小组讨论护理教育中的HC为干预措施。从参与者的陈述中提炼出六种类型的HC：“夸大护理困难”、“低自尊”、“失去学习动机”、“认识护理的理想和现实”、“对老式学习的刻板印象”和“获得对组织的不适当调整”。参与者在“对未来的展望”、“获得自我监控能力”和“获得新的教育观”三个方面报告了参与本研究后的变化

The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the hidden curriculum (HC) in nursing-education activities and to describe various aspects of changes among nursing educators and clinical instructors brought about by better awareness of the hidden curriculum (HC). Action research was conducted, with group discussions regarding HC in nursing education as the intervention. From participants' statements, six types of HC were distilled : "exaggeration of difficulties in nursing," "low self-esteem," "loss of motivation for learning," "recognition of ideals and realities in nursing," "stereotyping old-fashioned learning," and "acquisition of inappropriate adjustment to organization." And participants reported change in the following three aspects : "outlook over their future image," "acquisition of self-monitoring ability," and "acquisition of new views of education." after participating in this study
