The mechanism of chain reaction of spin-off in creation process of new Industrial cluster

这项研究的第一个问题是“在母公司的时候，分拆出来的创业者如何获得创办公司所需的产品开发能力？”本研究的第二个问题是“新产业集群形成过程中衍生连锁反应的机制是什么？”这项研究的第三个问题是：在大公司促进知识创造管理的同时，要在友好的双赢关系中创建剥离企业需要哪些条件？通过对新产业集群的案例研究，本研究给出了分拆企业创建的范例模型。

The first question of this research is "how do spin-off entrepreneurs acquire, while at the parent organization, the ability required for product development in order to start a company?" The second question of this research is "what mechanism of chain reaction of spin-off in creation process of new Industrial cluster?" The third question of this research is "what conditions are required for spin-off ventures to be created in friendly win-win relationships, while large companies promote the management of knowledge creation?" Through a case study at new Industrial cluster, this research gives example models for creation of spin-off businesses.
