A study for developmental supports for children with adaptive difficulties and the consultation for the teachers in After-School Day Care

本研究探讨透过协助教师进行“课后照顾”的实际工作，以有效支援包括发展障碍儿童在内的特殊需要儿童。开展调查，以确认目前ASDC接受有特殊需要儿童的情况，并了解ASDC教师的需求。作者在ASDC进行了持续的咨询。研究结果表明，这种咨询方式在以下方面具有一定的效果。答：改变适合每个孩子的ASDC环境; B：教师对儿童特征的理解; c：改变教师与儿童互动的方式; d：教师之间互动的质量和在ASDC中分担教师角色的方式; e：改善教师看待儿童行为特征的观点和与他们玩耍的技能; f：对ASDC教师的心理关怀。

This study investigated the effective way to support children with special needs including children with developmental disabilities, through the practical work for assisting the teachers in "After-School Day Care(ASDC)". Following the surveys for confirming the situation at the present of accepting children with special needs to ASDC and also that for finding out the needs of teachers in ASDC. The author had a continuous consultation in ASDC. As a result of this study, it was indicated that this kind of consultation had a effectiveness to the area as below. a : modification of circumstance of ASDC suitable for each child ; b : teacher's understanding of characteristics of children ; c : modification of teachers to interact the children ; d : qualities of interaction between the teachers and the way to share the teacher's roles in ASDC ; e : improvements of teacher's viewpoint to look at the behavioral trait of children and the skills to play with them ; f :psychological care for teachers in ASDC.
