The influence of information and communication technology on nursing work and the ability of communication and nursing performance

探讨了信息与沟通技术对护理工作的影响及护理人员的沟通能力和工作表现。结果：（1）电子病历应用后，护理工作中记录病历的时间发生了变化。2)积极使用手机和PC的组具有显著的高沟通能力。业务水平高的护士对电脑的使用较积极，对手机和SNS的使用较少。

The influence of information and communication technology on nursing work and the ability of nursing communication and performance were discussed. The results followed : 1) After using electronic medical records, the time for recording patient' s chart on nursing work has changed. 2) The group actively using the cell phone and PC had significantly high ability of communication. Nurses with high professional performance tended to have active utilization of PC, however cell phone and SNS was less frequently used among them.
