Evaluation of shear strength on metal/ceramics interface by stress measurement

在剪切载荷下由材料的残余应力或机械施加的载荷引起的界面分层是金属/陶瓷结合界面（例如涂层材料和电子器件）中的问题之一。本研究采用扩散连接与空气等离子喷涂的方法制备热障涂层模型材料。研究了Ⅱ型加载条件下Ni（Pt）Al/Al_2O_3界面上Al_2O_3的应力分布和界面应变能释放率。用EBSD技术测得的Al_2O_3晶体取向和光激励发光光谱法测得的应力决定了应力分量。通过对应力分量的换算，确定了剪应力分量。

Delamination of an interface under shear loading by the residual stress of the material or mechanically applied load is one of the problem in metal/ceramics bonded interfaces such as coating materials and electric devices. In this research, modeled materials of thermal barrier coatings are formed by diffusion bonding and air plasma spray method. Stress distribution of Al_2O_3 and interfacial strain energy release rate in mode II loading condition on Ni(Pt)Al/Al_2O_3 interface were evaluated. Stress components were decided by the crystal orientation of Al_2O_3 measured from EBSD technique and stresses measured from the photo-stimulated luminescence spectrum method. Shear stress components were decided by converting the stress component.
