Study on the system for evaluation of teacher training in Taiwan

为了提高教师素质，控制教师数量，引进了台湾教师培训评估制度。评价包括实地考察、教师培训的评价标准、评价指标、评价结果。结果分为三个阶段，评价最严重的情况下，停止招收学生。但从2012年开始，该方法改为授权方法。2006年以后由台湾高等教育评鉴委员会进行教师培训评估。这不是简单的认证。是否有必要根据评估结果进行惩罚和激励？系统预期作为一种选择手段，现在又出现了定性定量的波动。

The system for evaluation of teacher training in Taiwan was introduced for the purpose of improvement of the quality of teacher and control of the quantity of teacher . Evaluation includes a field work, and the standard of the evaluation of teacher t raining, an index, the result are shown. The result is shown with three phases, and, in the case of the severest evaluation, the recruitment of students is stopped. However, this method was changed from 2012 to the authorization method. This evaluation of teacher training is carried out by Higher Education Evaluation & Accreditation Council of Taiwan after 2006. It is not simple accreditation. Are penalty and incentive by the evaluation result necessary? The system expected as a device of the selection qualitatively quantitatively swings now again.
