Analysis of T cell function in the nasal mucosa with chronic sinusitis

引起急慢性鼻窦炎的主要细菌包括金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌和流感嗜血杆菌，并接受副鼻窦局部部位的细菌生物被膜形成，并做了一份我参与慢性炎症的报告。近年来，调节性T细胞(T Reg)被称为抑制性T细胞，它由特定的细胞亚群组成，功能上抑制免疫系统的激活，并维持对自身抗体的免疫耐受。在本研究中，我们以慢性鼻窦炎或真菌鼻窦炎患者的鼻黏膜为研究对象，进行了流式细胞术分析作为初步研究。慢性真菌性鼻窦炎组鼻粘膜CD3、CD19细胞百分率高于慢性鼻窦炎组。慢性真性鼻窦炎患者鼻黏膜中RdT细胞和FoxP3阳性的CD4T细胞数量明显高于慢性鼻窦炎患者，RdT细胞和Treg细胞可能与慢性鼻窦炎和FoxP3阳性鼻窦炎的病理差异有关。

Major bacteria causing acute and chronic sinusitis includes staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and the Haemophilus influenza, and accepts the bacterial biofilm formation in the paranasal sinus local site, and a report that I participate in chronic inflammation is done. Recently, regulatory T cells (T reg) are known as suppressor T cells, which consist of a specific subpopulation of cells that functionally suppress activation of the immune system and maintain immune tolerance to self-antigens.In the present study, we used the nasal mucosa with chronic sinusitis or fugal sinusitis, and performed flowcytometric analysis as a preliminary study. The percentage of CD3 and CD19 cells in the nasal mucosa with chronic fugal sinusitis was higher than that with chronic sinusitis. And also, rd T cells and FoxP3 positive CD4 T cells tend to increased in the nasal mucosa with chronic fugal sinusitis was higher than that with chronic sinusitis.rd T cells and T reg cells may be related to the pathological difference between chronic sinusitis and fugal sinusitis.
