Systematic studies on species diversity of continental SE Asian Zingiberaceae

为明确东南亚大陆热带季风区姜科植物的物种多样性，在以往标本采集、植物标本室调查和系统发育分析的基础上，对其进行了系统研究。结果表明，在缅甸共发现了22个海地属植物分类群，其中包括2个新分类群。基于核糖体ITS区核苷酸序列的分子系统发育支持了一种推定的自然杂种，另一种与毛豆亲缘关系密切。此外，在缅甸也新记录了4种。此外，在越南还发现了一种新属。除了Hedychium外，还在缅甸发现了迄今未描述的Zingiber和Boesenbergia分类群。其中一个被描述为Z. popaense Nb。田中是科学的新手。本研究共发现姜科5个新分类群。

To clarify the species diversity of Zingiberaceae in Continental SE Asia, known as tropical monsoon region, systematic study was carried out based on the specimens previously collected, herbarium investigation and phylogenetic analysis.As results, twenty-two taxa of Hedychium, including two new taxa, were recognized in Myanmar. Molecular phylogeny based on nucleotide sequences of nuclear ribosomal ITS region supported that one is a putative natural hybrid and the other is closely related to H. villosum. Additionally four species are also newly recorded from Myanmar. Furtheremore another new species of Hedychium was recognized from Vietnam. Beside Hedychium, hitherto-undescribed taxa of Zingiber and Boesenbergia were found out from Myanmar. One was described as Z. popaense Nb. Tanaka as new to science. Totally five new taxa of Zingiberaceae were newly found out in this study.
