The coordination project helps to put the central tasks of the Priority Programme on Survey Methodology (“PPSM”) into practice. These tasks include “capacity building” in the field of survey methodology in Germany, in particular the organization of training courses for junior researchers and organizational and conceptual tasks in the building of a “Graduate School of Survey Methodology”.The project organizes PPSM conferences, provides coordinating support and exercises monitoring functions (process monitoring). It runs the programme’s office.
