The Centre of Research Excellence in Food Retail Environments for Health (RE-FRESH) will transform the retail environments in which citizens buy their food and drink to improve our population’s diet and health. As the first international Centre for healthy food retail research and practice, RE-FRESH will leverage cross-disciplinary research collaborations to build the evidence, tools and capacity we need to encourage uptake of proven interventions that make our food retail environments healthier
