Abstract Narrative This is a six month planning grant to enable the State of Kansas to successfully compete for an EPSCoR development grant in Fiscal Year 1992. The grant is routine and within the scope of the work plan and dollar resources available. The project should provide the State of Kansas with adequate data, evaluations, assessments, and the opportunity to successfully compete for a three-year award in 1992.
