Core project Z04 will support the project with expertise, methods and training for bioinformatic analysis of genome-wide data sets, including transcriptome, single cell sequencing, ChIPseq and integrative analysis, based on three major aims: (1) to advise on the experimental design of genome-wide experiments, (2) to support and provide workflows for bioinformatics analyses and implement a Galaxy-based analysis web server for end-users and (3) to perform comparative analyses of stem cell signa-tures and pathways based on data generated by individual subprojects. Thus, Z04 will facilitate the unified analysis of genomic data sets, provide training for PhD students and postdocs, and generate added scientific value.
