１）英語論文、"Japan's Diplomats in the League Council: The Challenge of Managing Power and Idials in the Pacific Settlement of Disputes"　を下記、編著であるEast Asians in the League of Nations: Actors, Empires and Regions in Early Global Politics に投稿した。この論文内容は、国際連盟理事会が１９２０年代に「報告者」の役割を制度化し、また理事会では、連盟規約第１１条改正問題が議論され、紛争の平和的枠組みを強化しようとする動きがあった。したがって、１９２０年代には連盟創設時にくらべて、理事会は実績を積み上げ、紛争の平和的解決への制度化が強化されたと言える。このような連盟理事会の紛争解決枠組が制度化され、理事会メンバーの認識が高まっていた時に、起きたのが満州事変であった。この論文では、満州事変直後に、連盟理事会でどのような議論がなされていたかを検討した。２）上記の英文論文集、East Asians in the League of Nations: Actors, Empires and Regions in Early Global Politics を共編著者であるLSE名誉教授のChristopher R. Hughes 氏と編集し出版した。この論文集は１１名の執筆者（イギリス、スイス、中国、タイ、台湾、各１名、日本６名）から構成される。当研究者は、各執筆者と共編者ならびに出版社と連絡をとり総括的編集作業に従事した。また、序章を共同執筆し、文献目録を作成し、表紙のデザインも選定した。挿入写真、表紙デザインに関してはジュネーヴの連盟資料館から許可を得た。

Japan's Diplomats in the League Council: The Challenge of Managing Power and Idials in the Pacific Settlement of Disputes, East Asia in the League of Nations: Actors, Empires and Regions in Early Global Politics. The contents of this paper include the institutionalization of the "reporter" in the 1920s by the Council of the International League, the discussion of the correction of Article 11 of the Statute of the League, and the strengthening of the peaceful organization of disputes.
