项目摘要

2022年度の研究では、日本、韓国、中国、米国の製造業とサービス業の産業別雇用データ（社会経済計算：SEA）を国際産業連関表（WIOT）にまとめることで、製造業の海外生産委託が生産者サービスの労働市場に与える影響を実証的に検討した。この研究の新規性は2つある。第一に、産業連関表を用いることで、製造業の中間財に関する先行研究では測定できなかった、海外生産委託によって海外で創出されたスピルオーバー付加価値の算出や、複数国にまたがる海外生産委託の影響を把握することが可能になったこと。第二に、これまでの製造業中心の分析とは異なり、財の生産に具現化される生産者サービスに十分な注意を払うことで、製造業の海外生産委託が物流、コンサルティング、金融、デザイン、マーケティング、研究開発部門などの生産者サービスの雇用に与える影響を検証することができることである。暫定的な結果は、製造業の海外生産委託が雇用に与える影響を検証するために利用できる。先進国においてサービス業の割合が増加していることを考えると、海外生産委託が国内労働市場全体に与える影響は、製造業にのみ焦点を当てた先行研究よりも大きくなる可能性がある。したがって、本稿のこの分野への貢献は、第2世代の海外生産委託統計（Feenstra 2017）を用いて、生産者サービスの重要性を考慮した海外生産委託の労働市場への影響を検証した。この論文は2022年8月にマレーシアのクアラルンプールで開催されたEast Asian Economic Association（EAEA）で“The Impact of Offshoring on Employment in Producer Service Sectors: Comparative study of Japan, Korea, China, and the U.S.”のタイトルで発表した。

The 2022 study examined the impact of manufacturing outsourcing on the producer market in Japan, South Korea, China, and the United States. The new rules of this study are 2. First, the industrial relationship table is used to determine the intermediate financial relationship between the manufacturing industry and the overseas production commission. Second, the analysis of the manufacturing center, the realization of the production of finance, the identification of the impact of the overseas production commissioning of the manufacturing industry, logistics, finance, logistics, research and development departments on the employment of producers, etc. Provisional results show that the overseas production of manufacturers is entrusted with employment and impact assessment. In the advanced countries, there is a possibility that the division of production and sales will increase, and overseas production will be entrusted to the domestic market as a whole. The contribution of this manuscript to the overseas production commission statistics of the second generation (Feenstra 2017) is examined in consideration of the importance of producer support and the impact of overseas production commission on the market.
