国内外の文献を検索し、Rodgersの概念分析法を用いて、書籍を含む37文献を対象に看護プロフェッショナリズムを検討した。プロフェッショナリズムは、社会学の定義を基に看護独自の専門性を考慮し、定義づけを行った。この概念分析により、看護プロフェッショナリズムの属性、先行要件、帰結が明らかになった。また、今回定義した看護プロフェッショナリズムの構成概念を参考に、学士課程の看護プロフェッショナリズムの到達度について抽出し、項目を検討する。尺度案を作成し、デルファイ法やパイロットスタディを通じて、内容の妥当性を検証し、尺度を完成させる。
