令和4（2022）年度は、引き続き地域で生活している精神障害者の生活や地域支援、ピアサポーターによる支援の効果や活動する上での困難等のピアサポーターに関する国内外の文献検討を行った。地域で生活する精神障害者が活用している社会資源や精神保健福祉の動向等についても厚生労働省のホームページなどにより現状把握を行った。それらと並行して、近畿圏内のピアサポーターが所属している事業所長に本研究の趣旨等について文書を用いて説明し、対象者の紹介を依頼した。その後、紹介していただいた方に対して本研究の趣旨等について文書を用いて説明し、研究参加への承諾を得た5名にインタビュー調査を行った。インタビューの内容は、①現在の生活状況、②ピアサポーターとして支援活動を行うに至った動機、③ピアサポーターとして実践している支援内容、④支援を行う中で生じた困難ケースへの対応と問題点、⑤支援を行う中で心掛けていること、⑥ピアサポーターとしての自分なりの努力や工夫とした。対象者は現在精神状態が安定している方を対象にインタビューを行ったが、対象者の体調に配慮するとともに、事業所長（不在時は担当職員）にインタビューの前・中・後の状況（様子）を報告する等、連携しながら対象者にとって万全な体制で実施した。

In 2022, we conducted a review of domestic and foreign literature on the difficulties of life, geographical support, support and activities for the mentally disabled. Social resources and trends in mental health and well-being are used by people with mental disorders in the region. The director of the business in the near future, the director of the computer support business in the near future, the interesting purpose of this research, etc. are explained in detail with various documents, and the introduction of the subjects is based on the introduction. After the introduction, the research team will conduct a survey on the research objectives, etc. The content of support is: (1) the current living situation;(2) the motivation for support activities;(3) the support content;(4) the difficulties in support activities;(5) the efforts to support activities; and (6) the efforts to support activities. The subject should be mentally stable at present, and the subject should be responsible for the conduct of the subject, the subject's physical adjustment, the business director (who is not an employee), the status of the subject before, during and after the report, etc., and the subject should be fully responsible for the implementation of the system.
