【目的】神経性やせ症（Anorexia Nervosa；AN）の患者は増加しているものの、有効な薬物療法はなく、成人例や慢性例に至っては心理療法の有効性も確立されていない。我々は、ANの成人例・慢性例でも有効な治療法を開発するべく、回復傾向にある当事者（ピアサポーター）と協働したグループセラピーを実施してきた。この経験を通して、グループ参加に対する動機付けが高いAN患者が外来レベルでは一定数存在し、一般募集によってこれらの患者を募集できることがわかった。そこで、本研究は、以下の2点を目的とした。1．成人例・慢性例のANに対するピアサポーターと協働したグループセラピーの有効性を検討2. 成人例・慢性例のANに対するピアサポーターと協働したオンライングループセラピーの有効性について、対面と比較した非劣性を検討上記を通じて、成人例・慢性例のAN患者の治療における新たなアプローチの提言を目指した研究であったが、COVID-19のため、対面でのグループセラピー実施は困難となった。そのため、ピアサポーターと協働したオンライングループセラピーの有効性を検討する形に研究計画を修正し、倫理委員会の承認が得られた後から研究対象者募集を開始した。2022年度内に、12名から研究の参加同意が得られ、その内1名が除外基準に該当した。条件に合致した研究対象者に体重測定と事前評価を実施した後、グルーセラピーをすぐに行う群（グループセラピー群）と、それまでの生活を継続してもらう群（通常治療群）に無作為に割り付け、6名がグループセラピー群、5名が通常治療群となった。2023年4月現在、両群ともにドロップアウトなく経過し、グループセラピーは18回行った。通常治療群2名、グループセラピー群3名が研究期間を終了し、今後事後評価を行う予定である。

[Objective] Anorexia Nervosa (AN) patients are increasingly affected by psychotherapy, which is effective in adult and chronic cases. For example, in the case of chronic diseases, there is a tendency to develop and recover from diseases. The number of participants in the event is limited, and the number of participants in the event is limited. This study aims at the following two points: 1. The effectiveness of the computer support and support desk for AN in adults and chronic cases is discussed. 2. The effectiveness of the on-line support and support system for adult and chronic AN patients, as well as the non-inferiority of the comparison and comparison, have been discussed. Research on new support programs for the treatment of adult and chronic AN patients has made it difficult to implement the on-line support system in the face of COVID-19. The study plan was revised after the Ethics Committee approved the study. In 2022, 12 participants agreed to participate in the study, and 1 participant was excluded from the study. The condition was combined with the weight measurement of the study subjects. After the preliminary evaluation, the study subjects were divided into two groups: the group of people with disabilities (group of people with disabilities), the group of people with disabilities (group of people with disabilities), and the group of people with disabilities (group of people with disabilities).
