项目摘要

本研究の目的は、沖縄県において新型コロナウイルス感染症流行中または流行後の育児中の母親の育児ストレスや精神的状態を明らかにし、新型コロナウイルス感染症流行の影響や母子に対する支援方法を検討することである。2020年から流行が始まった新型コロナウイルス感染症は、2022年度も感染の増減を繰り返しながら人々の生活に大きな影響を与えてきた。特に沖縄県は、人口当たりの感染者数が多く、長期間に渡る外出自粛や、イベントの開催制限、営業時間短縮要請など様々な自粛が強いられてきた。本研究の初年度は、新型コロナウイルス感染症流行下における母親の育児ストレス、精神保健に関する研究の文献収集を実施すると共に、2021年4月から5月に沖縄県内で乳幼児を育てる母親を対象に、育児不安、育児負担感、精神的健康、新型コロナウイルス感染症流行によるストレスや不安、ソーシャルサポート等について無記名自記式質問紙調査を行った。データ収集は、沖縄県内で協力の得られた保育園を利用する母親を対象に実施した。2年目は、初年度に収集したデータについて、国内学会、国際学会において発表を行った。また、オミクロン株が大流行していた2022年4月から5月に沖縄県内で乳幼児を育てる母親及び父親を対象に、育児負担感、家庭仕事両立葛藤、精神的健康、育児、ストレスコーピング等について無記名自記式質問紙調査を行った。データ収集は、沖縄県内で協力の得られた保育園を利用する母親、父親を対象に実施した。本調査の結果は、論文にまとめ、現在投稿中である。また、2022年12月に、沖縄、鹿児島、福岡、東京において1歳から3歳の幼児を育てる母親を対象に、精神的健康と関連要因及び母子保健サービスに関するウェブ調査を実施し、データ分析を実施した。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of novel HIV infections on maternal and child health during and after the epidemic and to explore ways to support maternal and child health.
