令和３年度は、認知行動療法を参考に作成した育児ストレスを軽減するプログラムを、地域の保健センターで実施するために２つの準備を行ってきた。１．プログラムの作成と修正について：産後うつ病や子どもへの虐待予防のために、認知行動療法を参考に作成した対象者（母親）向けのプログラム構成や、ワークシートなどについて臨床心理士から指導を受けることができた。具体的な修正は、プログラムの説明内容の表現がわかりにくいため、表現方法の工夫や、プログラム中で使用する仮想の育児ストレス場面の絵を、1回あたり1枚に減らすなど、ワークシートの簡素化を行った。２．プログラムのマニュアルの作成について：保健センターの専門職者が、仕事に支障が出ない所要時間でプログラムの内容を把握し実行できる方法と、対象者に対する態度や姿勢を身につけるために、臨床心理士より指導を受け、マニュアル作成の準備を行った。具体的には、専門職者がプログラムを実施するとき、対象者がグループディスカッション中に不快にならず能動的に発言ができ、「またやってみたい」と思える雰囲気づくりを目指し作成している。
