项目摘要

これまで日本人学生と外国人留学生との接触を阻害する要因の分析の視点は外国人留学生が中心であり，日本人学生に外国人留学生を受け入れる能力が不足していることについて考えられることは少なかった．本研究では，外国人留学生から日本人学生に視点を変え，日本人学生が国内外で異文化接触した際に獲得した能力を把握し，その能力を育成するトレーニングを開発することで，日本人学生の留学生受入能力向上を図ることを目的としている。2022年度（3年目)は、日本コミュニケーション学会で2本の発表を行った。また，1つ目の論文は既に雑誌に投稿済みであり，現在，査読中である。2本目を現在，執筆中である。2022年度は，国内学生の異文化コミュニケーション能力の向上という観点から，異文化トレーニングの一貫としてオンライン国際共修（COIL)を複数実施し，国内の日本人学生がオンラインで留学生と接触した場合，どのように彼らのアイデンティティが変化するのかを検討している。近年，留学前準備教育が従来の異文化トレーニングから国際共修に変化してきている時代の流れもあり，今後は従来の異文化トレーニングの要素を入れつつも，通常科目の中で異文化を学習する要素をどのように盛り込んでいくのかに焦点を当てることを考えている。そのため，まずは，授業デザインを再考し，図るべき能力を特定の上，効果測定を見直していきたいと考えている。引き続き論文執筆と並行して授業実践の改善にも取り組みたい。

This study aims to improve the ability of Japanese students to gain access to foreign students through cultural contacts at home and abroad.
