项目摘要

新型コロナウイルスの影響により、令和3年度に当初の研究計画を大きく変更せざるを得ない状況となった。そのため、昨年度の研究実績の概要にも記した通り、令和3年度以降は①これまでの研究成果のとりまとめと、②量的データの活用によって本研究の問いへとアプローチすることを試みている。①については、令和3年度に共著書としてかたちとなったため、令和4年度は②に注力した。具体的には、地方圏に本部を置く2つの学校法人（計12校）における新入生アンケート調査の結果から、学生の入学時点（つまり高校時代まで）の学習状況等を検討した令和3年度の学会報告をブラッシュアップし、これを「専門学校における学習成果の把握」という観点から整理しなおすことで、論文としてとりまとめた（丹田桂太「専門学校生の能力意識の検討：入学時点におけるアンケート調査の事例から」『生涯学習基盤経営研究』第47号、35-47、2023）。本論文では、近年、高等教育領域における質保証要求が、非一条校である専門学校においても高まりつつある状況を踏まえ、この「質」の一部となりうる「学習成果」の把握・測定・可視化を、専門学校という教育機関の特徴を踏まえたうえで行っていくことが必要であると指摘した。そのうえで、専門学校における「学習成果」の一つの観点として、学生自身の主観的な能力意識をピックアップし、その入学時点における特徴を二元配置分散分析を用いて学校別／分野別に整理した。また、本論文の次の段階に当たる在学時調査（1年生終了時点～2年生開始時点）の結果をもとに、調査対象校の専門学校生の入学時点からの学習状況や能力意識の変化を検討し、その成果を日本職業教育学会第3回大会で報告した。
