项目摘要

本研究課題では、有権者の社会的属性と政治行動や政治意識との関連を探究することで、政治参加や意識に関する不平等構造を捉えることを1つの目的としている。そのために、2021年度に有権者全般に対する質問紙調査を実施した。本年度は、まず一連の調査の基礎的な集計を行った。そのうえで、調査データをもとに研究成果の報告を行った。日本政治学会では、「女性政策をめぐる市民の態度・評価」というセッションを開催し、メンバーの3名が登壇した。nこの他、公共政策学会、数理社会学会、American Political Science Association、Midwest Political Science Associationなどでも研究報告を行った。また、選挙研究、Social Science Japan Journal、Asian Surveyなどの学術誌にも論文が掲載された。本研究課題ではまた、有権者調査における争点関心や政策選好と、政党・政治家、官僚、利益団体といった政治アクターの政策選好と照合させることで、政治的代表性や応答性の程度、不平等度を捉えることを目指している。そのために、以下の資料収集とデータセットの作成を進めてきた。１）選挙公約や国会会議録などから議員の争点関心や政策選好に関する情報を収集、整理した。２）利益団体の政策選好と各政策の帰結についてのテキストデータの数量処理を終えた。３）審議会メンバーや、行政事業レビューをもとに省庁から団体、企業への発注状況の情報を収集し、数量データ化を行っている。４）新聞記事等の文書資料から社会運動イベントを収集し、数量データセットを作成した。以上の一連のデータを用いて、日本の政治過程における参加、代表、応答の全般にかかわる不平等構造を社会・経済的不平等との関連付けながら明らかにする。

This research topic is to explore the relationship between social attributes, political action, and political consciousness of those with disabilities.とで、Political participation やAwareness and unequal structure をCapture えることを1つのpurpose としている.そのために, 2021 に権者全多に対するquestion paper survey を実事した. The basics of this year's continuous investigation are summarized and carried out.そのうえで、Survey データをもとにResearch results report を行った. Japan Political Science Society, "Citizens' Attitudes and Comments on Women's Policy", "The Women's Policy", "The Women's Policy", and "The Women's Policy" are the three names on the forum. nこのhim, Society for Public Policy, Society for Mathematical Sociology, American Political Science Association, Midwest Political Science AssociationなどでもResearch Reportを行った.また, Selected Research, Social Science Japan Journal, Asian Survey などの Academic Journal にもPaper が掲恕れた. The subject of this research is the topic of the survey by experts, including the issues of concern, policy selection, political parties, politicians, bureaucrats, interest groups, and politics.アクターのpolicy selection and coordination, the degree of political representativeness and responsiveness, and the degree of inequality are all determined by the policy selection and coordination.そのために、The following information was collected and made by とデータセットのを入めてきた. 1) The election convention and the minutes of the National Assembly meeting are used to collect and sort out information on issues that members of parliament are concerned about, including policy selection. 2) Select the policy of the interest group and process the quantity of each policy. ３) Council meetings, administrative business offices, provincial government offices, corporate offices, information collection, and quantity management. 4) Documents such as news notes and other documents are collected and produced by social movements.
