项目摘要

本科研プロジェクトの開始と同時にコロナ禍に突入したため、予定していた計画のキャンセルまたは延期が繰り返された。三年目も前半は①文献サーベイに基づく研究、②オンライン研究会の開催が活動の中心となった。①については、オルタナティブ・フード運動の代表格である、有機運動とローカル・フード運動の接点に着目した点に独自性があると評価され、サーベイ論文ながら国際ジャーナルに掲載されるに至った。依頼原稿の刊行を行なったメンバーもいる。②については、引き続き国際開発学会「倫理的食農システムと農村発展」研究部会との共催という形で、計７回実施した。テーマには、アグロエコロジー、CSA（コミュニティ支援型農業）、スローフード運動を取り上げ、オルタナティブ・フード運動の新たな領域に踏み込むとともに、実務者との対話に力を入れた。三年目の後半に入り、②オンライン研究会の一つの成果を発表する場として、第３３回国際開発学会全国大会（会場・明治大学）において、ラウンドテーブル「倫理理的食農システムの構築に向けて: アグロエコロジーの観点から」を設けた。メンバーの池上が座長を務め、発表者4名のうちの2名として代表の牧田、メンバーの坂田が発表を行なった（各々の発表内容は以下の実績詳細を参照のこと）。国内事例を担当するメンバーの山尾も、広島県周辺に焦点を当て、「大きく変わる広島圏フードシステム―安全・安心な食の提供をめざす農業生産の現場からー」と題した研究集会を、JA全農広島、大学生協中国・四国連合等から実務家のスピーカーを招へいして開催した。また、ようやく一部のメンバーは国内外の現地調査を実施することがかなった。代表は、ネパールのコミュニティ森林から採集される天然植物へのフェアトレード認証の適用について検討すべく、二度の現地調査を実施した。
