项目摘要

本研究の目的は小学校で実施されている農業体験学習を対象として，農業がどのように学校教育に読み替えられ，組み込まれているのかをBasil Bernsteinの〈教育〉（pedagogy）理論をもとに明らかにすることである。農業体験学習は学習指導要領上で必修とされておらず，就農人口が低下する中で労働需要も少ない。にもかかわらず，学校教育の一環として農業を体験する農業体験学習は全国の公立小学校の約8割で行われており，広く普及している。本研究は農業体験学習が教育制度や学校外部からの社会的要請ではなく，学校の内部で独自に価値づけられ，実践されている点に着目し，学校独自の教育実践の正統性付与の過程を明らかにするものである。上記の問いを明らかにする上で，農業体験学習に関する文献調査，農業体験学習を実施している小学校におけるフィールドワーク，教員や農業者などへのインタビュー調査を行なった。分析の結果，農業体験学習を実施する上で，特定の要素が選択的に読み替えられていた。たとえば，現代的な機械農業，一時的なイベント，農業技術習得，「遊び」といった要素は「相応しくない」ものとして実践において切り離されていた。一方で手作業や農業の連続性の強調といった要素は選択的に取り入れられ，学校教育の文脈に適する正統な実践として再編されていた。本研究の事例では，学校教育の一環としての農業体験学習を実施する上で，農業の体験を学校における正統な教育実践として編成する過程で，自己の修養などの学校教育の目的に沿った教育実践の最適化と，現代農業のリアリティの伝達や農業の多様な社会関係との接触機会が両立し得ないものとなっていた。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between primary school education and agricultural learning. Agricultural physical learning is a compulsory and important part of learning guidance, and there is a small need for labor when the agricultural population is low. In addition, the agricultural education system is one of the most popular public schools in China. This study focuses on the social requirements of agricultural learning system and school external environment, and the internal environment of school. In the past, we have conducted a literature survey on agricultural physical education, a survey on agricultural physical education, and a survey on teachers and farmers in primary schools. As a result of the analysis, the agricultural system has been implemented on the basis of specific elements selected from among the four categories. Modern mechanical agriculture, temporary development, agricultural technology acquisition,"travel" and "phase" and "phase" and "separation" On the one hand, the emphasis on the continuity of agriculture is on the integration of selected factors, and the orthodox practice of school education is reorganized. The case of this study is the implementation of agricultural physical education in school education, the process of formal education in school education, the optimization of education practice, the development of modern agriculture, the establishment of agricultural social relations and opportunities.
