本研究の目的は1)研究に参加する個々が置かれたコンテクストにおけるふり返りの過程の探究、2)オンライン会議ツール活用によるふり返りの参加による負担の軽減、3)中学校、高等学校、大学教師が研究者、実践者という役割を担い研究に参加し、実現可能、持続可能なふり返りのコミュニティの構築、提示である。研究3年目であった2022年度には研究１年目、2年目で収集したデータの分析を引き続き行い、明らかになったことを論文執筆による公開、また学会における発表を行った。論文1点目は2021年度から執筆を始めたCultivating Critical Friendships through Reflective Practice: A Community of Teachers from Different Educational Institutionsの最終稿の修正を行った。Critical Friendshipの構築には時間と他者との関係性が重要であることが明らかとなった。2点目は本研究課題の目的の１つである異校種間によるオンラインコミュニティの中でどのように振り返りが促されるかをフレーム分析を用いて考察する論文の執筆を始めた。学会発表は2件行い、1件目は第47回全国英語教育学会北海道研究大会で「異校種間教師による振り返りのオンラインコミュニティの構築」と題した発表を研究代表者、分担者2名、協力者3名の6名で行った。2件目は3月に大学英語教育学会第4回ジョイントセミナーにおいて研究代表者、分担者2名、協力者2名の5名で「中・高・大教員の連携の試み：オンラインコミュニティにおける授業実践の振り返り」という題目で発表を行った。全ての教員が研究者、実践者として研究に参加することにおいての工夫、留意点についての質問がなされた。本研究が新しい教員養成の形を提示していることが感じられた。
