项目摘要

本研究は元代の茶詩を網羅的に収集し、元代茶詩全集をまとめた上で、茶詩の解析により、元代茶文化の全貌を解明することを目的とする。上記目的達成のため、本研究は下記の二段階で実施していく。（一）元代茶詩の網羅的収集。元代茶の全貌を描くために、網羅的な収集に拘る必要がある。茶詩の網羅的収集は「元代茶文化研究史料がない」という空白を埋めることになるだろう。（二）現代喫茶実態の現地調査で文献史料の解読と解析。一時代の喫茶文化を究明するのに、茶文化研究者はその時代の古典文献資料のみを重視する傾向が頗る強い。その欠点として古典の解読において直感性を欠き、疑問や謎を残すことが多く、難解の部分があれば手を付けずじまいになる場合も多い。一方、各地域各民族の喫茶は伝承性があり、古代様態のまま継承されてきた場合も多いものの、本格的な調査、研究がされていない。本研究申請者は茶文化の伝承性に着目し、現地調査で得た現代喫茶実態を以て文献史料の難解部分を解析し、史料の不足を補い、さらに史料通りに現代の道具で再現実験を実施し、「復元」という目に見える形で元代喫茶様態を解明していく。2021年度は研究実施の二年目であり、予定通り上記（一）元代茶詩の収集作業を終え、3003首の元代茶詩を収集した。その上、この3003首茶詩をデータ化し、作者伝記、出典、目次索引を付けて、『中国元代茶詩全集』という本を編集し、出版に向けての作業に取り掛かった。2022年に『中国元代茶詩全集』を出版した。『中国元代茶詩全集』はそのタイトルの通り、中国元代茶研究「全集類」の資料として目下唯一のものであり、中国元代喫茶資料の空白を埋める資料集である。また、上記（二）の茶詩史料の解読と解析作業もスムーズに進んでいる。これらの研究結果を『中国元代茶詩選注』という本にまとめ、2023年度に出版する予定である。
