项目摘要

1)グローバルバリューチェーン（GVC）構造を明示的に考慮した応用一般均衡モデルを構築し、それを米中貿易摩擦の分析に適用し、GVC参加者の利得を貿易ルートごとに示した。成果は2022年4月にIDE Discussion Paper 851号に掲載され、WTOなどにより刊行予定の『GVC Development Report 2023』のバックグラウンドペーパーにも選定された。2) GVC上の生産者・消費者行動を同時に扱える二酸化炭素排出責任分担に関する新たなアルゴリズムを開発した。当該アルゴリズムは経済学と環境学を融合させたもので、既存の手法を大幅に改善し、OECDの最新のデータに適用した実証分析は2023年2月のCell姉妹紙のOne Earthに登載された。３）多国籍企業の生産関数、海外直接投資活動を考慮したGVCモデルを開発し、付加価値貿易と二酸化炭素排出を同時に追跡し得る勘定を新たに提示し、OECDデータによる実証分析も行った。分析結果は2022年6月のSustainable Global Supply Chains Discussion Papersに登載された。４）商品に内包された労働の国際移動を考慮したGVCモデルを構築した。また当該モデルを検証するGVCベースのグラビティモデルも開発し、実際のOECDとILOのデータを用いて検証した。結果的に、複雑なGVC上の距離、関税・非関税障壁、共通言語・法律体系などの決定要因の性質は既存のモデルとかなり異なることが分かった。分析結果は2023年3月のIDE Discussion Paper 893号に掲載された。５）多国籍企業と国内企業を明示に区別したGVCベースのネットワーク分析を行い、2023年３月に国連UNCTADの査読付き雑誌Transnational Corporationsに掲載通知を受けた。
