项目摘要

今年度は、新型コロナ感染症が徐々に収束してきたことにより、2歳児の保育に関する実地調査を行った。具体的には、研究①では、関西圏内で2歳児の保育を実施している国公私立幼稚園において、事前の担当保育者インタビュー（個別・担当者全員）を行った上で、終日の保育観察と保育後インタビュー（グループ・担当者全員）を行っている。親子通園タイプ、子ども預かりタイプ、2号認定こども受け入れタイプそれぞれの調査が進んでいる。研究②では、2歳児の保育を実施している1園において、親子通園タイプ1クラス、子ども預かりタイプ3クラスの継続的な保育観察と保育後のインタビューを実施している。現在分析を進めている段階だが、研究②では、親子通園タイプと子ども預かりタイプの保育者が語る成長・育ち、課題に焦点を当てた分析と課題が語られた場面の映像分析を行っている。親子通園タイプは、保護者と子どもの緊張感が課題として語られる一方、表情や活動参加の様子から緊張がほぐれてきたことが成長・育ちとして語られる特徴があり、保護者の育ちもテーマ化していた。また、両タイプにおいて、子どもの姿の「成長」「育ち」が語られていたが、子ども預かりタイプの方が、より多くの側面、特に、他者理解や子ども同士の関係形成といった社会性の育ちや、生活面での自立に関する語りが見られた。さらに、いずれのタイプにおいても課題として挙げられたいざこざの対応について映像分析を行うと、それぞれのタイプで異なる専門性が発揮されていた。親子通園タイプのいざこざ対応では、保護者も含めた全参加者への目配りと援助のタイミング・援助の程度の判断がなされており、いざこざ対応後は保護者の子ども理解促進援助がなされていた。子ども預かりタイプでは、子どもに意図が伝わりやすくなる手の動き、腰の向き等、保育者の身体的動きに特徴がみられた。
