项目摘要

Ornstein-Uhlenbeck 過程に対する Wiener sausage の体積の期待値については， Brown 運動が半径が時刻の平方根のオーダーで大きくなる球面へ到達する時刻の確率分布を調べる必要があり，前年度に執筆し投稿した論文が認められ，査読付国際学術雑誌である Opuscula Mathematica に掲載されるに至った．さらに，その到達時刻における Brown 運動の位置に情報が必要であることが前年度の研究でわかっているので，手始めに，Brown運動が，半径を固定した球面への到達する時刻とその位置の同時分布を調べた．青山学院大学理工学部の松本裕行教授と共同で研究した結果，同時密度関数が Bessel 過程の到達時刻の確率密度関数と Gegenbauer 多項式あるいは Chebyshev 多項式で表示できることが得られた．さらに，その結果は定数ドリフト付きの Brown 運動にまで拡張することができた．得られた成果を論文にまとめ査読付国際学術雑誌に投稿した．問題の解決に至った本質は，Brown 運動の斜積変換と Brown 運動の回転不変性にある．一方，到達位置を固定しておいて到達時刻が大きい時の時刻に関する漸近展開も得られたが，まだ結果が不十分で公表するには至っていない．ここで用いられた手法がどこまで Ornstein-Uhlenbeck 過程に応用できるのかまたはできないのか検討を始めた．また，Brown 運動の性質が，動く空間によって半径方向の運動がどのようにかかわっているかを調べることも重要な手掛かりになると考えて，実双曲空間上の Brown 運動の球面への到達時刻について，筑波大学の大学院生と共同で研究を行った．得られた成果を論文にまとめる作業に入った．
