2022年度は、コロナ禍を理由になかなか進めることのできなかった調査を開始することができた。まず、研究1「マイノリティは『見えて』いるのか？　―選択的非注意と偏見との関連の検討」について、大学生を対象とした質問紙調査を行った。ただし、この調査は現在も継続中であるため、データの公表には至っていない。また、コロナ禍での研究実施を優先させ、研究2「マイノリティとの接触により，『見える』ようになるのか？―接触方法の実験的検討」の研究計画を変更する形で、マイノリティとの直接接触群のみの研究実施を行う形で実施することができた。効果検証に関しては、短期的効果については現在分析中であり、長期的効果については今後、インタビューを行って確認する予定である。短期的効果については、進捗を発表する準備をしている。さらに、2022年度は新たに、当事者体験の発信等の活動を行っている民間団体との連携体制を組み、障害者などの社会的マイノリティとの協働プログラムをパイロットスタディとして実施することができた。この協働プログラムについては、研究3「マイノリティとの協働は偏見軽減に影響するのか？　－質的分析を用いた実践的検証」をアレンジする形で、実施していく方針である。
