项目摘要

1.小児がん患者向けインフォームド・アセント資料に向けた汎用的イラストの要件抽出小児がん患者本人に，症状や治療内容を説明して納得を得るための視覚的な資料における汎用的イラストの要件を検討した．看護師への聞き取り調査によって得られたニーズを参考にプロトタイプを作成し，医療監修を経る過程で，1）患児が親しみやすいと感じるやわらかい線と色を用い，デフォルメされたタッチで描く．2）中性的な見た目の小児とし，体の構造等以外は男女どちらも自分に関わることだとイメージできるようにする．3）医療器具や体を固定する看護師の人数・体制などを現実に即した内容で描く．という3つの要件を抽出した．また，資料制作にかかる時間を短縮するための工夫として，症例ごとに必要なイラストをまとめて公開し，検索の手間を軽減することが挙げられた．2.多職種連携によるインフォームド・アセント用イラスト素材開発プロセスの把握制作を統括するデザイナー，医療監修を行う看護師，イラストを制作するイラストレーターによるイラスト素材を開発し，他職種連携による開発プロセスを把握した．イラスト素材開発において，1）看護師のニーズに配慮したイラストのデザイン要素検討，2）デザイナーによるプロットの作成，3）看護師によるプロットの医療監修，4）イラストレーターによるラフ制作，5）看護師によるイラストの医療監修，のプロセスを経ることで，医療情報としての正しさを担保できることが明確になった．また，専門性の違うメンバーの認識を統一するための，プロットの重要性が示唆された．研究成果は，学会で発表した（第33回日本基礎造形学会）．
